Question: I have had trouble loading the program, how do I load it?

Answer: Some users report problems installing from floppy disk. We believe that this is a Windows install program error, so we have designed an install program to correct any problems that you might have experianed. This install program is included in version 4.1.1. the newest version will be shipped on CD disk to accomidate the larger size of these added features.

We recommend that you upgrade to the newest version which has a auto-install program that installs fast and reliably. This is a free version upgrade for all PIM owners. Since all you pay for is S&H, we highly reccomend that you upgrade.
