Manufacturers Code of Conduct

The Haute Stick Lacrosse Code of Conduct for Manufacturers At The Haute Stick Lacrosse, we are committed to:

* a standard of excellence in every aspect of our business and in every corner of the world;

* ethical and responsible conduct in all of our operations;

* respect for the rights of all individuals; and

* respect for the environment.

We expect these same commitments to be shared by all Haute Stick Lacrosse Manufacturers and the manufacturers with which they work in the production of Haute Stick Lacrosse merchandise. At a minimum, we require that all Haute Stick Lacrosse Manufacturers meet the following standards:

Conduct of Manufacturers that engage directly in the manufacturing of Haute Stick Lacrosse merchandise will comply with all of the standards set forth in Haute Stick Lacrosse's Code of Conduct for Manufacturers, a copy of which is attached. Manufacturers will ensure that each manufacturer other than the licensee also enters into a written commitment with Haute Stick Lacrosse to comply with the standards set forth in Haute Stick Lacrosse's Code of Conduct for Manufacturers. Manufacturers will prohibit manufacturers from subcontracting the manufacture of Haute Stick Lacrosse merchandise or components thereof without Haute Stick Lacrosse's express written consent, and only after the subcontractor has entered into a written commitment with Haute Stick Lacrosse to comply with Haute Stick Lacrosse's Code of Conduct for Manufacturers. Monitoring Manufacturers will take appropriate steps, in and consultation with Haute Stick Lacrosse, to develop, Compliance implement and maintain procedures to evaluate and monitor manufacturers of Haute Stick Lacrosse merchandise and ensure compliance with Haute Stick Lacrosse's Code of Conduct for Manufacturers, including unannounced on-site inspections of manufacturing facilities and employer-provided housing; reviews of books and records relating to employment matters; and private interviews with employees. Manufacturers will authorize Haute Stick Lacrosse and its designated agents (including third parties) to engage in similar monitoring activities to confirm Manufacturers compliance with this Code of Conduct.
